Independence.
HomeVerdict is paid by the buyers who order reports. We do not accept commissions, referral fees, advertising or payments from builders, developers, brokers or sellers. If this ever changes, we will say so here before it takes effect.
What we do not do.
We do not list or sell property. We do not negotiate with builders or sellers for you. We do not hold your money for a purchase. We are not a registered real estate agent.
How we use AI.
AI helps draft research from public sources such as RERA filings, municipal records and court records. Findings are checked against those sources, and Pro reports are reviewed by an analyst. AI can be wrong, which is why every finding shows an evidence status.

Limits of remote research.
Reports are produced remotely from records and imagery. Findings that need a visit are labelled Requires Site Verification or Not Yet Verified On Site. We do not offer site inspections, structural assessments or legal title certification.
Example projects.
Any project shown on the site as an example is fictional and labelled illustrative. No real builder or project is being rated by an example.
Corrections.
If we find or are told about an error in a delivered report, we will correct it, mark the change with a date, and tell you.
