Refund and Cancellation Policy

Light reports (₹999).

A Light report is generated and delivered digitally within about 15 minutes, so it cannot be cancelled once delivered. If payment is taken and no report is delivered, or the report is clearly not about the project you submitted because of our error, we will refund in full or regenerate it, at your choice.

Pro reports (₹9,999).

• Cancel before analyst review begins: full refund.
• Cancel after review has begun but before delivery: refund of 50 percent.
• After delivery: no refund, except where we failed to deliver, delivered a report about the wrong project through our error, or a material factual error in the report, confirmed by us, cannot be corrected. In those cases we will correct the report or refund.

Upgrade from Light to Pro (₹9,000).

Follows the Pro rules above.

Expert call.

The 60 minute call included with Pro must be booked within 1 month of delivery. Unused calls are not refundable. We will reschedule if you give at least 24 hours notice.

How to ask.

Email hello@homeverdict.in with your account email and report reference. We reply within 2 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Failed or duplicate payments.

If you were charged twice or the payment failed after being debited, we will refund the extra amount.
