Account details (name, email), the property and project details you submit, documents you upload, report history, messages you send to Ask HomeVerdict, payment status from our payment provider (we do not store card numbers), and basic usage data such as pages visited.

To create your account, produce and deliver your reports, provide support, process payments, improve accuracy and the service, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We ask for your consent where the law requires it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Who we share it with.
Only service providers who help us run the service, such as our database and hosting provider, payment provider, email provider and AI model providers that process your messages and documents to help produce reports. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with builders or developers.
5. Documents and messages.
Documents and messages you submit are used to produce your report and to answer your questions. We do not publish them.
6. Where data is stored.
Our providers may store or process data in India or other countries. We use reputable providers with security controls.
7. How long we keep it.
We keep account and report data for as long as your account is active and for up to [3 years] afterwards for support and legal reasons, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask for earlier deletion.

We use access controls so that each user can only see their own reports, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires if a breach affects you.
10. Cookies and analytics.
We use essential cookies for sign in and basic analytics to understand usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.
11. Children.
The service is for adults who can enter a contract. It is not intended for children.
12. Changes.
We will show changes on this page with a new date.
