1. Who we are.
HomeVerdict is an independent research and advisory service for people buying homes in India, operated by [Your full name or business name], [City, State, India] ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@homeverdict.in.
2. What we provide.
We provide property research reports and related tools, including Light and Pro reports, an AI assistant and an expert call included with Pro. We do not sell, list or broker property. We do not negotiate with builders or sellers on your behalf.
3. What a report is not.
A report is information to help you decide. It is not a legal title certificate, a legal opinion, a valuation certificate, a structural or engineering inspection, tax advice, or a guaranteed investment recommendation. For title, agreements, tax and structural safety you should consult a qualified advocate, chartered accountant or engineer.
4. How reports are produced.
Reports use public records, documents you supply and AI assisted analysis. Pro reports are reviewed by an analyst before delivery. Each finding carries an evidence status. Findings marked Requires Site Verification or Not Yet Verified On Site have not been checked in person.
5. Your responsibilities.
Give accurate information and documents. Do not rely on a report as your only source of advice. Verify important points independently before paying any token or booking amount. Use the service only for your own lawful use.
6. Accuracy and availability.
We work to be accurate, but public records can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that a report is complete or error free. We may correct a report after delivery and will tell you if we do.
7. Payments.
Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by a third party payment provider. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of money, opportunity or property arising from a decision you make using a report. Our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Intellectual property.
Reports are for your personal use. Do not resell, republish or share them publicly or commercially without our written permission. We own the HomeVerdict name, site and templates.
10. Your account and data.
Keep your login secure. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and suspension.
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
12. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Bengaluru, Karnataka] have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
13. Grievances.
Write to hello@homeverdict.in. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 15 days.
